Where to get professional Infiniti scheduled maintenance in Abu Dhabi?

I’ve been putting off finding a proper garage for my car for months now and I’m finally paying the price because it’s overdue for a service and I keep getting fobbed off by the usual quick fit places that don’t really know what they’re doing with these cars. I drive a 2017 Infiniti Q50 and it’s been solid since I bought it, but the mileage is creeping up towards 110,000 kilometres and I know from experience that this is when you either stay on top of maintenance or start paying for neglect. The last place I went to changed the oil and filters but didn’t check anything else, didn’t reset the service light properly, and somehow managed to leave a plastic cover loose under the bonnet which I only noticed weeks later. What I’m looking for is professional Infiniti scheduled maintenance in Abu Dhabi, somewhere that actually knows these cars and will go through the proper checklist rather than just doing the bare minimum and rushing me out the door. I’d like somewhere that tells me honestly what needs doing now versus what can wait, because I can’t afford to do everything at once but I also don’t want to ignore something important. Has anyone here actually used a garage in Abu Dhabi for routine maintenance on an Infiniti and been happy with the experience? I’d really appreciate hearing where you went, whether they used the right parts and fluids, and whether the price was fair for what they actually did. Any genuine recommendations would mean a lot because I’d rather build a relationship with one good garage than keep rolling the dice every time something needs doing.
