It’s like they aren’t even there. Yes, it’s make sounds when I tap pads and will change the sound of the selected drum when SOUND is selected.
UNO Dum is EASY to program. Even if you’ve never touched an 808 before, getting up and running with the front-panel knobs and membrane pads and buttons is a breeze. We didn’t even have to crack the manual to begin making beats straight away. You’ve got a grid of clearly laid out drum sounds on pads, sitting just about the step sequencer.
TL;DR version: UNO Drum was built as a drum machine, user sample uploads would be complex due to the true context of its architecture. We would happily build a sampler with robust features supporting that functionality, it is a requested product, we are aware. If you build it, kcearl will buy one. 4.

Just wanted to report a typo in the MIDI Implementation chart of the Uno Drum manual. The chart claims that CC#36 = Clap Level, but it’s not. CC#36 = Clap PCM tune instead. This is one of the coolest sounding drum machines ever.. think this smokes 606s volca beats, mfb little boxes ..although all these are much better build ..
