Chirpty is it free?

The Chirpty app uses the Twitter API to display your most active social media contacts. It doesn’t require logging in to utilise the service because it makes use of open data. You may interact with a graph that displays the people in your circle and how many interactions they have had with you. The graph shows how many times you’ve interacted with each person as well as how active they are on Twitter. The Chirpty app doesn’t require your account or password, so you can see exactly who has liked you on Twitter.
